We are delighted to announce the appointment of Josh Sayer as Commercial Director at ZTL, a key milestone as we continue our ambitious growth trajectory.

Josh brings with him more than a decade of experience from within the Applebridge Family, most recently holding the position of Applebridge Commercial Manager. His appointment not only reflects our commitment to developing talent from within but also comes at a particularly exciting time for ZTL, following the successful opening of our Midlands office and a record turnover surpassing £40 million in 2024.

In his new role, Josh will oversee all aspects of project control and lead the development of commercial strategies to support the company’s continued expansion. He will also focus on strengthening our relationships with clients – a cornerstone of ZTL’s approach to delivering high-quality, complex infrastructure projects.

Speaking on his appointment, Josh said:

“One of my first objectives is to analyse our current processes and capabilities to ensure we’re operating at the highest level of efficiency possible. I also want to enhance commercial oversight on our projects, supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while nurturing strong, lasting partnerships with clients.”
