ZTL are committed to following a Zero to Landfill ethos. Our team can explore and undertake ground improvement techniques on existing, poor quality soils and modify them using sustainable stabilisation methods, to reduce the volume of unsuitable material being removed from site.

• We ensure materials from all strata are sampled and laboratory tested to specified frequencies, to establish their suitability for stabilisation.
• We ensure a mix ratio of lime and / or cement is calculated to achieve optimum strength and meet the desired project specification.
• We offer the option of lime hydration, to reduce the moisture content of soils and allow for easier modification and long-term ground strength solutions.
